The new Appia boiler has DRYTEX THERMICAL technology insulation that uses 13% less energy consumption than the previous model. Thanks to new materials, better insulation and general optimisation it has 20% less environmental impact compared to Appia II.

Appia Life is equipped with SOFT INFUSION SYSTEM which guarantees a consistent result by compensating for any incorrect tamping and avoiding a channelling effect.

Its new improved reverse mirror allows barista to control dripping and cleanliness of group heads from much more comfortable position. An automatic cleaning cycle provides for even easier maintenance, it offers new push & pull steam wand levers, and it comes with a high grouphead as a standard, for easier fit for even the largest cups. 

Appia Life is available in black as standard, but you can also have it in red or white.
